Murray ......dont know how true but its the amount of water in something I.E. sugar sucks in water out the air which sticks it all together , so I guess it measures water in air

I may be being stupid here but does it give you a weather forcast? apart from measuring humididity barometric pressure etc will it tell me its gonna rain this afternoon and the wind is gonna be a south westerly ?
