What a beauty!

My favourite species.

Don't know which part of the country your'e from but, if in the Horsham area, Southwater Country Park is THE place for Crucians.

Is it a day ticket venue?

Yes it is...?4 for the day if they actually come round.

(Officially) No night fishing but a blind eye is turned. Have to put up with the 'locals'.

Barbless hooks and no keep nets.

As well as the Crucians, there are some very good Tench to around 5-6 lb, Pike, Perch, Carp (see my pic.) to around mid 20's and no Bream.

If travelling south through village, go through the lights at Station Road, past The Cock Inn (on the right), and take the next left after Bakers Close.

Car park is immediately on the right.
