Trouble with boilies

I made some boilies once and when i boild them they turned really sloppy i dont know what i did wrong i have no exact ingredients that are easy to get please help.

IF I CAN REMEMBER IT WAS ONLY MY FIRST TIME I USED
CURRY POWDER(HOT)
pepper
corn flour
ground trout pellets
eggs
water
