fishing rights on wayoh reservoir.

does any one out here know who has the fishing rights to wayoh reservoir on the outskirts of bolton. Ive heard there are day tickets to this water and I would like to know where toget them and how much. I was hoping to fish it for the pike any ideas and information from people who have fished this water would be most appreciated.
