What`s the difference (besides the colour), does one provide less nutritional value for the fish?

The only time I use white crumb is for punch crumb and then only ever moistened with an atomiser. For bulking out a groundbait mix then brown crumb is the way to go. Last edited: Mar 20, 2012

I don't know if this is true but for my homemade groundbaits I tend to use a mixture of both. Often using just enough of the white crumb allows you to make groundbait balls without having to use a binder like water.
