The Petitte Rhone is really just an arm of the Rhone Delta which is where the Camargue Wetland joins the Med. It is much less formidable than the mighty main river. It is also full of hard fighting wild carp. There is a large canal that joins it at St.Gilles which has good fish stocks. In fact the whole area is one huge carp and cat swim. Most other species of course are there also.
There are many campsites in the area. JUST TAKE PLENTY OF INSECT REPELANT.
