Fred J Taylor - one of the last surviving pioneers of modern specimen hunting - has suffered a stroke, according to a brief report in Carptalk.

It goes onto say he is recovering.

Fred did an article on roach that I read in the 70's. One of those, like Peter Stone's that fired the imagination.
