I am always full of admiration to hear of the dedication and massive effort to catch such a wonderful looking specimen fish.

Anyone have any reliable data on how long a 16lb barbel is? Maybe Duncan measured this one. Just curious...

Lovely fish...don't wish to add a downside but how do you safely retain a fish like this so that you can photo itonce it's light.

Fantastic fish.Probably either the Loddon or St Pats BullyI would have thought.

I like Duncan's articles a lot and there is good one on Itchen Grayling in this months CAT which is worth a look.
