access at waltham complex reservoirs

hello boys just wondered if any members could help me about access to the waterside at waltham reservoirs ferry lane n17 north london. i remember many years ago the fishing was concidered very bleak as was the whole place but can't remrmber what access from car was like .unable to raise anyone with phone numbers that i have so if anyone has any better info i'd appreciate it . i'm worried about parking and getting my wheeelchair to th wateretc. thanks in anti picitation. roy
