Why is it that many companies advocate the use of powdered betaine,whilst a few (kevin nash springs to mind) favour the liquid version?Is one version really better than the other?It seems many anglers will blindly use a product without a real understanding of it.Can anybody enlighten me as I am considering using cc moores version(from a practical viewpoint liquid would seem easier to use in certain situations)I am using a homemade bait that has assisted me in catching a few fish,and was curious as to whether the addition of betaine would improve it.
