I have used a JRC Classicchair over the last 5-6 years. Very light with mud feet, and I'm considerably heavier than 18 stone.

just to let you know i ended up with a nash nomad chair, its about 3.2kg has adjuastable legs front and back and there is velcro straps to keep the seat and back rest together so you can carry things in the seat. there is a zipped pocket at the back and inside is a carry shoulderstrap.

its been discontinued, (god knows why) but after a lot of searching i managed to get one.

great bit of kit. thamks again for the help.
