ATr get their gloves of with NFU

good on ya ATr, go get 'em chaps
you would think that those with a need to feed, would think aqua mattered

anyways if it aint water companies, its farmers screwing up our rivers, and it seems the ATr believe an early knock out is more likely against the NFU, here's hoping the cut man aint needed

i think the ATr have a bit of a chance with this one, they know with the water framework directive is on there side and many of the draft management plans will show that in the south east alot of the catchments will be heavily loaded with phosphates and nitrates...the EA have to get the rivers to good ecological status and this is part of it.

this is one thing where the ATr need to get others on side with them as trying to sort this out will take some doing and will show how effective or more likely ineffective the EA are
