Can you help?

I've just bought some New rods. Greys prodigys. I'm trying to register them for the guarentee, but cant find a serial number. Does anyone out there know where it is?

I did not need a serial number when I registered mine online, just the model number and that is on thecardboard label tied to them when you get them.

Christ I didnt know you had to register them at all.

What do I do know? Ive had mine about 6 months?

Go to the guarentee bit of the greys website.. it tells you what to do, and apparently you don't need the serial number.. Maybetell themyou got them more recently. It says to do it within 21 days...?

To my mind Greys guarranties are just a sales gimmick,any respectable rod maker will replace manufacturing faults free,you are covered by various laws anyway,so why pay a load of postage plus £20 ?./forum/smilies/surprised_smiley.gif
