Shimano Beastmaster Commercial Rods

These sound interesting (even though they have an "incessant" action - what's wrong with "through"?). The counter weights are a good idea to adjust the balance on rods that are going to be held all day rather than put in a rest. Too many rods these days feel top heavy.

Having said that,you don't want the point of balance at the reel seat as this can give an unpleasant "see-sawing" feel. I find a point of of balance just above the handle to be best - I suppose you can mix and match the counter weights to achieve that.
