I think our river banks will be crowded with non angling types.
(Ramblers,dog walkers,canoeists,mountain bikers etc).
Although I do have mates who found secret farm Rudd ponds using Google Earth.

The Ribble has the Ribble Way along it. You do get walkers but not in large numbers, so if it follows this pattern then they shouldn't be a problem.

Sounds like a good idea to me.

Should make it easier to find access points to rivers and places to fish - Google earth/maps is fine but things get a bit blurry when you zoom right in.

Why?????????

Will not be long before they manage to get live feeds .Therefore they will know if people are fishing or not ,so can go straight to that area that they are fishing to check for licences .Also they will be able to check on the rivers during the close season. Both without wasting time walking the pegs to see if anglers are actually there .

But for that to happen you have to have a live feed and Google doesn't work like that. The imaging is only updated abaut every 3 years.
