Just a quick post to commend Preston Innovations for some excellent customer service.
I purchaseda Sentient 17ft float rod a few weeks ago.AsI was tackling up with it for the first time on the Itchen grayling day the top foot of the tip section broke off. PI asked me to send it back to them whichI duly did last Thursday.The rod was delivered to them on Friday and yesterdayI took delivery of a brand new top section.
Spot on customer service in my book.
