Fishing in Worcester

I am currently studying at Worcester University and HAVE to get fishing this year!

With being at Uni transport is a real issue when i try and get fishing next year, wondered if anyone could help me in terms of places that i could fish near the uni bearing in mind that i will need to walk etc.

Lakes, the Severn....not really fussed!

For the Severn best to join Worcester and District United Angling Association...

Within walking distance you have Hallow Tip and Pitchcroft.

Nearest commercial is Lower Broadheath Fishery known locally as The Jam Factory... Turn left out of Uni gates that face the river then take left sign-posted Martley... fishery is about half a mile behind Elizabeth the Chef factory...

You can get WDUAA book from Alan's Tackle on the Malvern Road in St. Johns 01905 422107 and at Lower Broadheath you pay on the bank.
