two of the six lakes have barbel in them and it's most definitely a commercial fishery. Are you trying to lure Fred out with a juicy morsel to chomp on?
With all Fred has had to say about such places, especially those with barbel, can you see him wanting to fish it?

Is that the water with the hut and facilities for a very comfortable overnighter. Lots of pics on the wall, many of them from a well known specialist tackle shop in Sheffield, (one hell of a massive perch) that Huchinson used to frequent back in the day and some guy from the fifties that once had a biggie from some water or other. Fished it .
