Anyone know of anywhere i can get my hands on a 2.5 tc 12ft sportex rod or blank....pref a made up Yately angling centre job?

Got 2 up the loft and want to make a trio up for my lad........looking on you know where but thought i would ask on here.

Thanks Robert.....still looking tho, forgot to mention mine are the cross weave blanks ratheer than the wound type.......i think mine are the older ones.....but i will phone tomorrow they may have some old stock in a corner.

How good are these rods Paul?

I baught 2 last year 2nd' hand 2.25 tc. maroon coloured, Tony Forhams. I have heard a bit about them, but would appreciate anything that you know of. I haven't used them yet, but they feel right for what I want.

I think they are good rods Baz........the ones i have up the loft were second hand but as new.........only used them a couple of times.

There are some bargains on that link of Roberts.......i would sooner buy them than some of todays budget ranges.
