2008 A good show. I was disappointed that there not more stands relating to fly fishing. In the South there are numerous venues for fly fishing - Syon House, Albury Estate & Ashmere Fishery to name a few. There are numerous fly fishers down South. As a relative newcomer to fly fishing it would be good to see fly rods, reels, lines, flies, fishing vests etc. and be able to purchase items at the show. Tackle shops in the south only stock a limited range of goods understandably. Buying off the internet is not always possible unless you have actually seen the items and know what you want to order.
Could not Greys be approached to supply a large stand of all their game fishing items (and course rods) like that organised by Korda?
