You must have an Environment Agency rod licence if you fish for freshwater fish, eels, trout or salmon in England or Wales (or the Border Esk and its tributaries in Scotland) and are 12 years or over.

Just went and bought my new licence. I paydisability rate for my licence. I think this is still cheap even though its gone up from £12.50 last year (and the year before that).
I was wondering, where does this licence money go?
