Hey folks. I'm Steve and I've been a casual angler off and on since I was a kid. I've never really done it in earnest but after some fishing in the US recently I'm keen to try for some predatory fish in the UK.

I'll no doubt be asking stupid questions initially, so go easy on me :D

The guys here are very knowledgable, so ask away, and if it is Pike related then probably Derek Gibson is your man, and for Perch then our 'Spiders will always help.

Welcome to FishingMagic Steve, don't worry about stupid questions there's enough on here for yours to slip through unnoticed ;)
Don't see a lot of those in the local canals, not another North American invasive species :D
