Back on the Preds.

First proper pike session of the season this morning, fished from first light to 12.30 on a huge pit.

9 runs, 6 landed, nothing massive but just felt great to be back on the pike. All fish were very lean, and the low doubles will be mid/upper doubles by February.

I love most types of fishing, but his really twists my lemon !!

Nice one Terry,
I wish I had taken a pike rod with me this morning on the Ribble as nothing else was feeling peckish.

Anyone noticed how warm the water is considering it is mid/late October?

Yes Terry, and the carp here are still feeding well up in the water.
