Wonky horizon on that daylight shot. I still have that lamprey smell up my nose somewhere.

Cracking read as always.

Not just afish and fishing article this one. Chaucer himself would be proud to own it.

A true story by a true 'Teller of Tales'.

Cheers everyone!

Steve I am sure the DVSG would do a "show" down your way...

It's all about venue and demand...If that can be sorted then I for one would travel...Do a bit of fishing as well

Brilliant work Mr. Swords. Congratulations on the PB.

Have you ever thought of writing a cookbook? You would make Antony Bourdain look tame!

Was a little confused by the title..thought you had been on the Teme ...mind you I think Joey and Ed were getting excited by the thought of Stonz new 8oz turds hitting the middle of the Mersey!!

Joking apart - an excellent article, useful and extremely funny.

Thanks

Excellent read again Lee, many congrats on those superb barbel.

So, I take it that my 6AAA "cork on quill Avon" approachwouldn't necessarily be the right choice up there??/forum/smilies/wink_smiley.gif

Another lovely Article Lee, thanks. But I must take issue with theEnglandsGreatest Rivertitle..it's a tad misleading when we all know that it is the mightyRibble that holds the tittle of EnglandsGreatest River..... Good try though old chap!/forum/smilies/tongue_out_smiley.gif

There will be a fish-in in July

The cork quill aproach would work extremly well I am sure of that...A lot of very big roach in the area as well.

I leave the title with Graham and look what happens.....

Sign of a good editor that...stir up a little bit of controversy!
