Look up wyreside fisheries, not too far out of Preston and there is Hudsons farm near St Micheal's. Wireside has a website as far as I know too.

You could look at Horns Dam which is a couple of miles outside Longridge (just along the road from Ye Horns Inn).

There's also one along the A59 just short of Clitheroe - Pendle View?
I can't vouch for either as carp lakes aren't my thing but others might be able to help.

look at Pilsworth in heywood. nice lake, bit of a **** hole around it tho.
