We are holding a charity fishing match at Suffolk Water Park near Ipswich to raise vital funds for local children with cancer.The fishing match is taking place on Monday May 5th 2008. Registration will commence at 10am with the fishing competition taking place between 11am – 4pm. After the competition the raffle will be drawn in the café at the Water Park followed by the weigh-in and prize giving, therefore finishing at approximately 5pm. £20.00 to register and £30.00 minium sponsorship required.
Every day 10 children or young people in the UK are diagnosed with cancer or leukaemia and CLIC Sargent is a lifeline for these children and their families, keeping them together when the unimaginable happens. We fund a number of nurses and Social Workers based in hospitals in East Anglia and we are currently supporting over 230 families in East Anglia.
