An afternoons pike fishing on a Hampshire Gravel Pit produces a beautiful 10lb plus Pike. Paul demonstrates how to set up and work a mepps 5 (copper blade with a red and yellow body). Pike have been feeding on small gravel pit roach. No wonder the red and yellow mepps was so effective. Paul shows you how to unhook and safely return the fish to the water.

If that is double figures, what would you give me on this. Caught this on the canal last Friday, just for reference the reel is a 4010 shimano baitrunner, and the forceps are about 7 inch long
