Phil - as Morespiders suggests, or Decathlon or Romiley Aquatics & Pets. As you rightly state, there's no website and some of the rules are either antiquated or inappropriate. I think it's about £28 June to June. The chap in the latter establishment is, I think, an official (in some capacity). Let me know if you need any further info?
