Lower Derwent - Borrowash

has anyone on here fished the lower derwent near borrowash (derbyshire derwent)? specifically the DCAC stretch?
im tackling it with a guest tomorrow for barbel, chub and maybe carp.
just wondered if anyone had any helpful information regarding baits, setups, hook lengths etc

Ah, Chub ally, I remember it well
Years ago there used to be some really good chub in the Borra, hope its still the same? Anyway, try trotting a stick float down the edge with red maggot and you should have some good sport The borra was allways THE place for chub on the Derwent when I use to fish it.
