On the road to rack & ruin !!!
It must beknocking on for 20years since i last fished on a canal.

Am i right in thinking that the rules were changed concearning the fishing on them in the traditional close season???

Can i fish them or not???I`m particulary intrested in the northants and leicestershire area.

I wouldn`t mind a spot of lure fishing as to fishing on a lake.

most canals are fishable all year round, I believe some clubs enforce a close season, but generally not.

You can Nick,GU isn't it?

Unlesscanals are part of a river system when you can't.

Check with the club or your tackle shop

I often fish the K&A canal, around Devizes and Pewsey, there is no closed season.
