abu the after sales nightmare

ever had to wait nine months for a pole section, i have abu kept me waiting for a number four section that long,i talked to pure fishing at the nec to see what they said seeing as they are the only people you can get the stuff from. there answer was oh well if you order from one of the stand round here they will be able to get you any section,now hold on guys but i though they were the main suppliers for the country,thanks for you help pure fishing(NOT), take it from me abu do some good kit but ill never buy a product of theirs again

Took them 6 mths to fix my new mitchell 200, loads of phone calls and visits to their place in Middlewich, in the end they gave up and gave me a new reel, the part was as long as a match stick, but they said they were having trouble getting it over from France, well if I'd have known it would be 6 months I'd have walked to France and got it myself.
Like you Andrew I ain't buying nought else from Pure Fishing.
