I fish the Thames in Oxon too. A bit further up from you though I expect.

What do you catch down there? Anything interesting? What methods do you use?

i use a feeder rod / perch roach pike bream some times chub and in the summer the odd carp. you must out standdlake or witney :)

Yep that's right. Normally around Newbridge.

Do you get many dace down there? There's absolutely loads here. Some nice perch this year too.

Haven't seen too many big roach so far this year though, although people seem to be saying this is a particularly good year for them.

had a fuw dace plenty of roach ill start pikeing in jan i look forward to that as for the hydro plant wont bother me that mutch as i fish down by the marina.

should have said im a right leg amputee so getting to the lock is no go for me i have to find swims that arnt to steep or to far to walk to tight lines murf
