Following on from the thread about the warmest boots, does anyone know if waders - thigh - are available with warm linings like Skeetex boots?

Not seen anything to compare with the Skee-tex linings - usually wear a neoprene inner boot over socks myself when the temperature drops.

the other half bought me some neoprene chest waders in november for
my birthday and they are really warm i dont go in so deep unless my fishing buddy is out with me
they are really good at keeping the wind out and dont restrict movement so good all round and no they arent expensive ones £40 from tacklesaver but they are still 5mm

Trouble with neoprene waders is that you either look like Max Wall or an Elephant Seal dependent on build. There doesn't seem to be any in between.

Diawa neoprene waders are ok, plus thermal tights, plus neoprene socks work ok for me.

My current waders are Snowbee neoprene thigh waders, I find them really 'cold', hence my post.

Trouble is, although the leg parts may be neoprene, the foot/ankle parts are basic rubber boots.
