Hi all! Signed up to the forum a few days back so wanted to say hi and introduce myself. Thanks so far to everyone who has made me feel so welcome around here.
I am back into fishing after a long lay off - regretably I stopped fishing for over ten years with football and partying taking up most of my spare time once I had left college. All it took was one very wet day of fishing to get back into it and now I am hooked once again. I have been back in the game now for a couple of years and loving every minute of it.
I'm a coarse angler and love to catch all species by float or ledger and enjoy fishing for pike using lures. I might even branch out this year and stick a carp rod out. For me though, fishing is not about catching absolute whoppers but rather about catching beautiful, healthy fish that provide great sport.
