Ok, serious question
Everytime, i go fishing i lose something. Whether its my fault, the fishes fault, the wildlifes fault, the trees fault, the weathers fault or whoever, i seem to lose so much kit its unbelievable.
Getting snagged on things like trees and weed is part and parcel of fishing but when i think how many times its happened i must be verging on hundreds of pounds worth of end tackle.
Think about it, everytime your broke off, thats a fair few quid down the drain in trace, lures, floats, shot, leadcore, putty, hooklink, hooks etc. this is easily once an outing.
Ive snapped rods getting stray casts out of trees (twice)
left countless banksticks
Cast spods into next week
Kicked tackle boxes in to the water at 4am running to bites
Trapped rod tips in the boot of the car
Forgot to put the baitrunner on (we know how that ends)
Am i the only one?
