zig riging(help!!!)

i would like to fish a zig rig but am unsure of how to set it up, also could anybody recomend spod mix for it, i will be using dynamite pinapple pop-ups, any help would be greatley appreciated. thanks!!

I've never used the zig rig myself but would imagine that as your bait is well off the bottom anything you put out via a spod would need to drop through the water extremely slowly. I would think this would rule out the normal particle baits.

Just found this Up & Down groundbait looks to be the perfect solution. If that doesn't tickle your fancy then this might Atomic Cloud.

Read recently that some waters were banning the cloud though.

what about the new 'risers' from 'bag 'em'

i don't know if you've seen them but basically they're sinking pellets that start to rise at different times and different heights after they have been in water for a little while.
