How Do I use Vitalin?

i was thinking of buying a bag ofVitalin as I heard it makes a good method mix. Can anyone tell me how to prepare it?

Do I need to add any flavours or particle to it?

Roughly how much shoud I use for a one day session?

Yes like fred says lots been written about this over the years. Theres no real/proper way to use it. its gift is its versatility.

pre soak it and add brown crumb .....method mix on the cheap.

Lurk around the supermarkets in the asian section - some lovely additives for the mix to be found there. Also ot asian but a tin of anchovies in a method mix etc is great and you dont need to go mad with them mix em with a little lake water and use it for your method mix, 1 tin should do 2 ish KG
