New Venue for Sunday's 10 Worm Challenge Booking in. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD.
The Fountain Pub in Seabrook has been completely flooded out (and since flooding it has frozen up and then thawed out again causing loads of damage) and as a result the pub is totally out of commission. This means that we are unable to use it on Sunday for the start and finish venue for The 10 Worm Challenge.
Following Mick's advice (Mick's Tackle Hythe) I have now spoken to the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch (RHDR) Light Railway Cafe at Hythe and we will be doing all booking in there between 8am and 9am and then returning there by 3.30pm for the results. This venue is very well signposted if you haven't been there before the Postcode is CT21 6LD. There is ample car parking and you can get breakfast, tea, coffee etc before you head off to wherever it is that you think you can out fish everyone else armed with just with 10 Lugworm.
If you do facebook, twitter or just know other anglers who have mentioned taking part in this RNLI Fundraiser please can you try and spread this message to as many people as possible to avoid wasted journeys to The Fountain Pub.
