In light of fraudster's purporting to procure a rod license on your behalf.... this is obviously a scam... save yourself the embarrassment of getting caught out.... PM me your details and I shall organize your rod license to be sent to your home for a modest fee of £15.... I accept Visa, Delta but prefer Paypal..

There is an additional £5 charge if you are Welsh due to cross border administration/red tape/that sort of thing.

The same thing is done with Birth Certificates
