please see the coverage in Angling Times TODAY, front page, des taylor and editorialP.1,2 &8! This came up on F/blues on sunday -but the situation needs a proper response from anglers and all sites, for this reason am posting in a link ;http://www.total-fishing.com/forum.aspx?g=posts&t=9042

as number of issues arise from what has transpited and we must stick together on this.

Roll on the birth of a fully functional FACT. This is just the kind of issue that a unified angling body should be dealing with.
