Thats a great result Ted, and all credit to you for getting out in this weather.

I gave it a good go last season, also very cold, but found that the fishing didn't really turn on till late April early May on the large lake I fished.

Did manage a nice 9.12 on the float and a bonus 35.5 carp as well as a few tinkers all over 5lb.

I guess you are a Nash consultant? (be a good idea IMO to say so in the Article if so) or do you just like their bits of tackle,

Second that.Great result considering conditions Mr bryan.This time last year i had been out a few times and had quite a few tincas to 7+ with double figure bream thrown in aswell.This season i haven't even done a stock take of my carryall,let alone wetted a line.Busy at the moment though soon be out i hope.Graham 9.12 on the float hats off to you very impressive mate.TENCHLESS.
