Using three rods - Licence Question

I currently hold a full Yearly licence, which obviously entitles me to use two rods on a water.

However, if I wanted to fish a third rod, on say a large gravel pit, could I buy a weekly or even a daily Licence to cover my third rod?

A second full years licence would be a bit of a waste of cash, as I'd only want to use three rods two or three times a year max!
