I have to say this article was very unfulfilling!

Anyone can say, "action needs to be taken now".

This article would have been meaningful if Rae had given us a set of actions he feels necessary?

There wasn’t even a hint of these.......

Not to mention that "next door" we had one of the best year's for Salmon returns on the Itchen . . . . . . . . .
