Had a couple of hours this evening on stretch of the cov that i havent fished before, wind was blowing a gale fished a big waggler 12 inches over depth just to keep the bait in one place.
3 lb strait through to a 18 single red maggot the result was 5 slabs a clonking great roach and no boats, not bad for two hours I think i will be going back.
