Hi and welcome to FM.

I did a lot of eel fishing back in the 70's, but these days it is limited to one or two nights a year.

did a bit of opportunistic eel fishing a few weeks a go had 6 eels to 2lb 3ounces

Remember all eels must be returned to the water as they are now protected.
