Baitrunner conversion for Daiwa Emcast EVO 5000 reel

Good evening all,

Does anyone please know if a baitrunner conversion is available for the daiwa emcast 5000 big pit reel and if so where could I get one from?

I was intending to get a shimano xtea baitrunner but saw the emcast evo today and was very impressed with it and at half the price.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Now, now don't all rush at once. I've purchased said reel and having used it have discovered that I do not need a bite n run conversion kit. Self discovery is a wonderful thing /forum/smilies/smile_smiley.gif

There is a guy who can convert your reel spools to quick drag ie: takes a half turn or so to go from freespool to full drag, the site is called spoolconverters I think.

Many thanks Nobby. I think I found the site you mention last week but have decided that having used the emcast evo a few times in the past week that I am happy to adjust the front drag as necessary but thanks anyway.
