I'm visitng the IOM soon. Any advice on venues/type of fishing apart from the sea?

I had a weeks work on there about 15 years ago, fin ished it in two days and spent the rest of the week chilling, fished a lake called Morag at Ramsey, caught a lot of sea species in the night including flatties and eels on corse tackle great fun, some good game fishing and a few of the old picts hold course fish, roach and rudd around the peel and north areas on the west coast, some lovely looking small pools in wooded areas on the northwest, loads of drunken slappers in Douglas in the evenings, trouble is most of them are scousers and will have your wallet if your not careful mate/forum/smilies/smile_smiley.gif

Moraga Welsh bird in Ramsey - a fine catch - and the best baitfor slappers is greenbacks then.

I'm set up - but don't tell the wife as I'm getting her a job in the kipper sheds/forum/smilies/smile_smiley.gif
