Just just don't fall for the inevitable Bikes - R - Us branding and marketing malarkey, and always remember that you're there to fish, not pose for GoPro and YouTube.
Flashback: me and Suban / Subhan, Indian village fisher, later to become a "faithful" (J.W. and others) super-guide, falling off an Indian-made Raleigh knock-off of ancient vintage back in the 1970s', many many times, he pedalling, me pedalling, with the spare holding the rods on the crossbar; of he appearing in camp one morning, streaming blood from skull to toe, with the "grid" (bike) with a markedly bent frame and mostly rectangular wheels, and announcing in his then non-existent English "Elephant problem, Paul and Miss Anita..."
