Hi all, new to the forum, my names Nic, keen coarse and fly fisherman. Live in Wiltshire, and I'm looking forward to reading everyone's tips and advice. Especially keen for news on fishing in the South West.

Thanks for the welcome. Hi Peter I live in Sutton Veny (Warminster area), normally I fish locally as I only get to come home every couple of months, Longleat, Cuckoo's Rest, Clivey's at Dilton Marsh. I'm looking to find further venues around the South West, so would really welcome any suggestions/recommendations from you.

Hi Nick,

I tend to stick to the Hampshire Avon for most of my river fishing these days with the odd venture down to the Stour.

For stillwater venues I pretty much stick to the CAC waters as there are just so many.
