Good morning to you all,
My name is (obviously) Steve and whilst I am a member of the Portsmouth District Angling Society and the Portsmouth RN/RM CAA I work away during the week in Corsham (near Bath) so I also fish some of the Chippenham waters.
I would consider myself a fresh water angler but living by the sea I have also been known to throw the odd ragworm and peeler crab out. However, my passion definitely sits with pike and carp. Although I am not the best, I do like a spot of match fishing too.
I found Fishing Magic by accident really; I was browsing a well know search engine and a thread popped up re fishing at what was then HMS Dryad and having fished there for a number of years I was obviously intrigued. I have to admit, I am very impressed with the site overall especially the 'waters info' page and I feel you can't be a member of too many forums - all you have to be is a bit of an admin guru to remember which forums you are on and the passwords you have set
